Please adhere to the 20km per hour speed limit on the road between Joao Belo and Xai Xai. Please ensure that you slow down when driving through the villages (the schools are close to the road as well as children playing and animals roaming).

Please deflate your tyres to 1 Barr (1KPA). This will make your trip easier, save fuel when driving through thick sand as well as keeping the road in a usable condition.

Driving on the beach is not permitted in Mozambique
